Shanell Coleman or “Nell Coleman<\/strong>\u00a0is the Founder and Editor of TheBaldieMovement.com<\/a>. She discovered her passion for helping women to overcome their self-esteem issues through her past struggles of loving and accepting herself as a teen.<\/p>\n

She shaved her head to prove to herself that hair wasn’t needed to be beautiful. Through becoming her best self as a baldie, she created this movement, targeting women who were bald without a choice, encouraging them that Hair is like an accessory, whether you have it or not, it doesn’t determine your beauty or your worth, you do. With her current struggles in pursing her career, not only as a woman but as a bald women, she looks forward becoming that confidence boost our women need to love, appreciate, and accept themselves more than ever before. ”<\/p>\n
