I have been an avid user of Shutterfly for much of my printing needs from snapshots to my portfolio 11X14 prints. Their customer service is impeccable and the perks for using them often includes lots of free prints and discounts.

And through the "magic" of Twitter I discovered IPrintFromHome.com and tried out their service for fine art printing and received a great metallic print of a scanned photo I blew up. Both have good customer service and normal delivery is pretty quick.
